What Shipping Methods Are Available?

The delivery service of products ordered through the JustForKids Internet store is performed by the GLS courier service. The delivery amount is HRK 35.00 in a lump sum for all products. We deliver to all major Croatian islands, and the price is 60 kn in a lump sum. For purchases over HRK 500.00, delivery is free.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Online orders are accepted from 0-24h, and after visible payment, the selected item is made. The production deadline is 7 days, and the order is then sent via the delivery service. From the moment the package is delivered to the delivery service, your package should be delivered within 2-3 working days. Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently deliver exclusively to the entire territory of Croatia, including the islands. Delivery is done on weekdays, exceptionally only for some places and on Saturdays with a surcharge by the customer, for the amount of which the store clerk agrees by phone with the customer. Can I return my shipment?

In the event that the shipment is damaged during transport, such damage is visible when picking up the shipment, and in that case we advise the Buyer not to pick up the shipment. Please contact us so that we can check the condition of the shipment as soon as possible and send a new one.

How do I place an Order?

Products are added to the cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. The products added to the cart can be reviewed in the next step and proceed to the purchase confirmation by selecting the “Continue to payment” option. Products are considered ordered when the customer completes the entire billing process and selects the desired payment method and confirms payment. Upon receipt of the order, JustForKids sends a notification to the user about its receipt to the e-mail address with which the user registered in the Internet store.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Do I need an account to place an order?
